"This was a very unprofessional office I Never Had State Farm before so I gave them a shot they ripped me off and you can never get this office to call you back they would want to text you and I can't stand the text I canceled my insurance early they acknowledge that I paid and then refused to give me a refund saying I hadn't paid my insurance if I had not paid my insurance then why did they tell me I had been paid in full and that I had insurance makes no sense to me never once met the lady that runs this office or supposedly runs it every time you had a question they had to say hold on and run to the back and ask somebody something and then come back and relay it to you never again and I'm using verbal text so however it comes out it comes out but I'm sure everybody can understand what I'm talking about the sad part is the refund would have only been about $60 if that for me it was principal for them it was greed"

"Nothing like this place used to be. Before we would go in and talk to an agent, now you give info to front desk info and they take a long time to give you a quote and we pay them and never see an agent. Looking for an other insurance company. Not happy at all after being a customer for over 49 years."
